Modules

Our Stock & Inventory module standardises the way in which information is recorded against your parts and raw materials ensuring each section of your business has the latest & most comprehensive of information to do the job well.

Computerise your stock & provide total visibility over stock availability through the demand and supply driven by the other integral Factory-Master modules.

Create new parts quickly ‘on the fly’ from anywhere in the system as well as imported from csv / spread sheet (saving you time when setting the system up initially).

Speed up the time it takes to locate part information with our powerful searching facilities enabling items to be located by part number and/or by product description (or by certain characters contained within either field) .

All industries are catered for as demonstrated by one of the key strengths of this module over other systems stock modules which is that it caters for both a) Parts (bought in, sub-assembly and finished) as well as b) Raw Materials (sheets, bar, billets, tubes, castings etc).

Parts are controlled in the conventional manner whereby each part is given a unique part number / code as well as a description and these will typically be bought, priced and used in whole numbers or fractions.

Raw Materials work in a uniquely different way and do not require part numbers / codes and instead are categorised firstly by 1) Form (e.g. is it sheet, round bar, square bar, billet etc?) and then by 2) Material Category (e.g. nickel, stainless steel, copper etc) and then by 3) Material Specification (e.g. MSRR6524, AMS5707 etc) and then finally by 4) Size (both metric and imperial are catered for).

Excel in the requirements that your customers or industry regulators place upon you (when conducting an audit of your business) through the aid of full and comprehensive batch traceability (as well as serial number traceability) all of which is available via powerful reporting throughout the system.

Be in control of your stock with Factory-Master to ensure your company has the latest inventory information to support your internal departments and bolster your service levels to your customers.
