Features & Benefits:
Modules
At the heart of our manufacturing software is a Manufacturing Control module which fully automates the entire production process from works order / route card creation, allocation of components & sub-assembly items to the control of both internal and external (sub-contract) operations. This automation will significantly improve the planning and on-time production of finished items, accurately drive purchasing and sub-contract requirements and improve upon your service levels to your customers.
Whether you manufacture to order, for stock or a combination of the two, this manufacturing software module will help your organisation to raise and print its works orders / job cards at the touch of a button as well as assisting you to maintain an up-to-date track of your production requirements. Works orders are initially created via any of the following three ways: 1) back-to-back with sales orders (for the produce to order type of organisation), 2) via our MRP module (amalgamating like items together) or 3) manually on the fly. When used in conjunction with our bill of material (BOM) module, each works order will have its own component requirements associated automatically thus helping you to control and monitor component (and sub-assembly) items.
Depending upon the types of products you manufacture, your production staff can be assisted with the inclusion of manufacturing instructions which are printable on your works orders. This ensures items are manufactured correctly. Our manufacturing software also produces supporting information such as drawings, inspection check sheets and tooling lists providing everything you need to do the job well.
Each works order is given a unique job / works order number. This is printed on the works order along with a barcode used by our optional shop floor data capture module to identify it when scanned thus capturing live production data enabling you to see exactly where and at what stage all your works orders are at, providing an invaluable early indication of whether you can meet your customer requirement dates. Once a job has been completed, it is automatically booked into stock and then subsequently booked out via the raising of a delivery note via our sales order processing module (or if a sub-assembly item, it can be issued out of stock to a works order). As our manufacturing software can be purchased in modules you can cherry pick the modules you require. ![]() ![]()
