• Subject named according to the type of document and its reference (E.g. 'Purchase Order Ref: 2100')
• Email body text pre-chosen from a library of formats and containing relevant document reference numbers (E.g. 'Dear Ian, Please find attached a copy of our Purchase Order No. 2100')
