 Utilising the latest bar-coding functionality, our Shop Floor Data Capture (SFDC) module not only allows you to record your employees Time & Attendance (for payroll purposes) but of even greater benefit it provides the means in which to record & monitor the progress (as well as time costs) for each of your jobs on an operation by operation basis.
No need for employees to fill out time consuming time sheets (which are often completed long after the work has been completed) or re-keying of the same data into third party systems in order to obtain accurate job costs. With SFDC you can obtain an accurate up to the minute, real time view of your production and its progress and see the on-going costs associate to each job as it happens rather than hours or days after. This is all achieved through simple to use bar-code scanners & rugged touch screens which enable even the most novice of person with or without computer experience to swipe into and out of work as well as onto and off jobs quickly and effectively. We provide everything that’s required including tried and tested touch screens and scanners (which are included in our licence cost and a lot more affordable than most people think) as well as the software, installation and training that is necessary enabling you to be just one swipe away from real time data capture.
Combined with our Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning module, SFDC helps to ensure that you have an invaluable early insight into how current production progress will affect future promised completion dates thus allowing you to proactively be in charge of your destiny. Included with this module is the ability to log and maintain employee: i) personal details, ii) training records, iii), holidays & absenteeism and iv) shift patterns. Additionally, one may view and print a ‘fire roll call’ at any time as well as maintain incidents within the included ‘health & safety book’.
