Demonstrations - Demonstrations are the first step following initial communication with you and are provided free of charge and without obligation. We operate throughout the UK and are happy to visit your premises to conduct a demonstration which is performed by one of our expert FactoryMaster consultants who are all originally from manufacturing backgrounds.  Each demonstration will be completely tailored to your business.

2. Installation & Training

To get the most out of Factory-Master, it is important that the systems is installed and configured correctly for your business and that all staff using it are trained properly in order that they and your organisation gain the maximum benefits from the system.

Pre-Installation Consultancy - Day one involves consultancy only (prior to Factory-Master being installed) and this is vital in order to plan how best to carry out the implementation & training process.  

During this day, we would identify; i) What data is required is to be imported, ii) Who the main users of the system will be, iii) What areas of the system are most important and iv) What time frames we are all working to.

Installation - Day two involves the installation of the Factory-Master software onto your main Network Server and client PC's.  This is performed by one of our Technical Engineers who are all experienced and trained in Networking & Hardware applications.  

Training - For day three and beyond, our clients are assigned their very own experienced and highly skilled FactoryMaster consultant who will work alongside you and your team to help and assist you with everything from data cleansing, data importing, configuration as well as providing you with tailored training on operating the system effectively.

Training is phased, typically over two to three months with an average sized installation requiring six to eight days in order for the customer be be fully live on the whole system.  Once your trainer goes 'off-site' they will always be available for answering your questions and we have no qualms in giving out mobile telephone numbers. 3. Tailoring & Modifications

Whilst Factory-Master will successfully address the needs of most organisations, we do occasionally come across businesses that have their own individual and more unique requirements, which are not covered by the standard system. We offer a full and comprehensive tailoring and modification service where our expert programmers will fully specify out your requirements for the purpose of carrying out the necessary programming work for you.
